본 연구는 스마트폰 기기에 의한 모바일뱅킹의 사용 태도에 미치는 영향 요인들을 탐색하는데 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 연구 중 UTAUT 모형에 기반을 두고, 스마트폰 기반의 모바일뱅킹 사용자들의 태도에 미치는 요인들을 분석하였다. 그 결과 태도에 영향을 미치는 요인들 중성과기대, 사회적 영향 및 촉진조건 등의 요인이 영향을 준다는 사실을 확인하였다. 또한 조절변수로서 남자의 경우 사회적 영향을 더 받는다는 점에서 통계적 유의성을 보여주었다.

This study suggests that it is necessary to explore the factors of usage attitude toward mobile banking based on smartphone. In this study, we analyzed the factors affecting the attitudes of smartphone - based mobile banking users based on the UTAUT model. As a result, it was confirmed that factors such as performance expectation, social influence, and facilitating condition influenced usage attitude. Also, as a control variable, men showed statistical significance in that they had more social influence.
