무고한 피해자를 발생시키는 음주운전사고는 사회적 유해가 크다. 따라서 예방적 차원의 간호중재 개발을 위해 성인 음주운전자의 음주동기, 스트레스 및 특성분노가 문제음주에 미치는 영향을 확인하는데 그 목적이 있다. 자료 수집은 2019년 5월 2일에서 21일까지였으며 윤리적인 고려 하에 성인 음주운전자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 215명 응답을 SPSS 21.0 프로그램으로 분석한 결과, 문제음주자는 157명(73%)이었다. 다중회귀분석 결과 특성분노(β=.27, p<.001), 지난 1년 동안의 음주운전(β=-.184, p=.004), 대처동기(β=.165, p=.013)가 문제음주에 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 문제음주에 대한 설명력은 18%로 나타났다(F=12.91, p<.001). 본 연구결과를 토대로 성인 음주운전자의 문제음주를 감소시키기 위해서 특성분노, 음주운전 경험, 대처동기 등의 변인을 반영한 프로그램을 개발할 필요가 있다.

Drunk driving accidents that cause innocent victims are highly socially harmful. Therefore, the purpose of the Chapter is to check the effects of adult drunk drivers’ drinking Motives, Stress and Trait Anger on problem drinking in order to develop preventive-level nursing interventions. The data collection was from May 2 to 21, 2019, and a survey was conducted on adult drunk drivers under ethical consideration. According to the analysis of 215 respondents with the SPSS 21.0 program, 157(73%) were the problem drinkers. Multiple regression analysis results: Trait Anger (β=.27, p<.001), Past Year Drunk Driving (β=-.184, p=.004), Coping Motives (β=.165, p=.013) had a significant effect on problem drinking and 18% of problem drinking capacity was explained (F=12.91, p<.001). Based on the results of this study, to reduce problem drinking among adult drunk drivers, a program needs to be developed that reflects the factors such as Trait Anger, experience of driving under the influence, and Coping Motives.
