Products are transported from factories; and picked to be distributed to many customers everyday at the Distribution Centers(DCs). Most DCs of the third party distributors are busy enough to take three hours to match trucks and groups of customers, due to many factors such as additional customer company, increasing number of products, or changing information of customers. In this paper, we present a new method which considers all practical constraints in truck scheduling. The new system comprises data system design and a grouping heuristic algorithm. Results from applying the proposed system to a large DC are reported.
