The information modeling is the key concept that implements CALS information sharing system. In this study we developed an information modeling tool for the attempt of providing a graphical user interface based modeler which supports FIPS 184 (IDEFIX) standard. The developed tool is designed under object oriented concepts utilizing UML and developed by Visual C++.
