Process capability index(PCI) and gage repeatability and reproducibility(Gage R&R) are used as the measure for evaluation of process capability analysis and measurement system analysis, which is the statistical method for efficient process control. This paper considered the established studies by literature review and presented process incapability index Including capacity analysis of inspection or gage system and develop the more improved process incapability index including Gage R&R complementing those weak Points.
