This paper presents an efficient implementing methodology with a comparison of other methods for introducing Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). Possible methodologies are described with the detail evaluation, and focus is also given on how to EAM could be introduced effectively in terms of cost and implementation period. The existing methodologies, such as package implementation methodology and other existing tool based implementation methodology, are evaluated using specific application problem. The main contribution of this Paper is to suggest an appropriate implementation methodology, which is combined the package approach with a general developing approach.
