The supply chain management is the key concept that coordinates suppliers and consumers for the purpose of productivity improvement on the entire supply chain. In this study we developed a purchasing information system as a preliminary attempt to visualize this supply chain management concept. The developed system is designed and developed under object oriented concepts utilizing OMT and UML methods.
