The Internet and World Wide Web are revolutionizing conventional business models and in some cases producing new ones. 2-business has become standard operating procedure for the vast majority of companies. There are numerous ways to approach designing, developing and maintaining an e-business. This paper empirically studies scope and status of e-Business in order to create their own e-businesses in Korean companies.
