This thesis is to find a general and universal laws of human languages. We have to notice that the language is the tools of expression and that the expression is the product out of our recognitions and our judgments. Therefore, if we want to find the real shape of our language, we have to know that it is the most important to find the general and universal laws of our recognitions and judgments. The model of communication can be classified into `the judgment on the situation` and `the pure syntactic class`. `The judgement on the situation` can be classified into `the judgement on the human`, `judgement on the time`, `judgement on the space`, `judgement on the things`, and the `judgement on the affairs`. This thesis is focused on `the judgement on the time`. If a description of the other classes is done, general laws of the human language can be grasped more concretely. I hope that this description could be a essential manure not only to the auto translation system but to the general linguistic theory.
