This paper deals with the substances and plans of learning Korean to text Korean(high-school) in 7th Educational Curriculum. The knowledge of language means learning language or learning through language or learning about language.(Kim Kwang-hae 1997) The notion of learning language is language competence and the use of language. The result is summarized as following. (1) The 7th Educational Curriculum is called `Student Activity` Curriculum. But this idea weaken conceptual knowledge. We need conceptual knowledge in instructional model. (2) The idea of `Degree or Level` Curriculum means three ways - grade, process, and results. This spirits reflect the result of instructive operactions. The unit of supplementary and deeping studying is reflected in the result of instructive operactions. (3) The 7th Educational Curriculum Text need more effort and reeducation to the teaching staff. `Student Activity` and `Degree or Level` Curriculum is desirable curriculum, so we develop the text Korean(high-school) continually.
