This paper explores preceding conditions for publishing the dictionary of symbolic language. The dictionary of symbolic language is of a grest value in academic, educational, and practical level. This paper approaches the problems of the existing dictionary of symbolic language in two directons: macroscopic and microscopic level. In the macroscopic level the basic problems of the dictionary of symbolic language is that tis vocabulary-sorting-criterion is rater unsystematic and unscientific, while in the microscopic level the sorting tends to be unanalytic and not to provide enough ingormation. New symbolic dictionary attempts to overcome the aboce shortcomings. In macroscopic level the new dictionary presents a new efficient sorting ctinrtion which can get over with the unnatural sorting method of the preceding dictionary. In microscopic level it provides a bountiful information on the vocabulary. The new dictionary especially focuses on the grammar information and the synonym information on the vocabulary. New dictionary is sorted not by alphabetical order but by meaningful unit.
