Design of LTML Qualification Reliability Test Plans for Weibull Distribution

This study considers design of reliability acceptance sampling plan (R4SP) for m life qualification at selected confidence level. The lifetime distribution of product is assumed to be Weibull with known shape parameter. MIL - STD - 690 C and KS C 6032 standards offer acceptance number and total testing time to decide failure rate level of product for exponential lifetime distribution. For given number of test items and acceptance number, testing time to decide mean life level of product at selected confidence level is derived. The levels of mean life and tables of testing time for given mean life level are suggested.
