The printed circuit card assembly (PCCA) industry is facing high competition in the market. In order to remain competitive, PCCA line should be operated with optimzed production schedules under dynamic production environments. In this study, a dynamic scheduler is developed for the attempt of providing dynamic schedules utilizing simulation technology. The developed scheduler is also designed and developed under web based client/server environments to be operated under application service provider (ASP) environments.
