This paper surveys the literatures related to optimal maintenance models for multi-unit systems. The literatures are classified failure repair models, group maintenance models, block maintenance models, cannibalization maintenance models, inventory maintenance models, opportunistic maintenance models, preparedness maintenance models. This paper also provides an indication about the multi-unit systems with economical dependency.
