In industrial society, machine of 4M factors becoming more important. Control state of machine effect on quality or productivity. We did control about machine thoroughly to gain higher productivity using small cost. Variety method proposed, but each method`s advantages are not fully used. Many manufacturing industries have practiced to the TPM in Korea. These industries have regarded the 6 sigma as a new approach for management. This paper presents a new model to solve weakness involving various problems of TPM and to unite 6 sigma`s methods and ideas introduce TPM and 6 sigma to make a big synergy.
