This paper introduces the quality inspection and information system for concrete parts. The quality information system is essential to take competitive advantage in fierce competition environments. The system compromises inspection activities related to unstructured existing system and inspection control module. Moreover these activities are concerned about managing, reserving the inspected quality data and control the quality activity via statistical analysis tools. The quality information system is implemented by Delphi program and Paradox DB engine under Windows 98. The developing information system could not only guarantee production quality, but also improve productivity through inspection control and procedure.
