Today business needs a system which provides with a variety of information and competition for ist products over other ones in terms of customer`s preference and emotion. In other words, the business who lacks support for customer in service and time could not survive the circumstance, and it is expected to establish customer-oriented system of information which can be used for effective control of customer information, adequate response to the request of customer, regular survey of customer`s satisfaction, ek.. The business who intends to be ahead in 21 century can deal with the managemental conditions domestically and abroad, such as globalization, and diversification of information, the reduction of product life and profit, high quality-oriented product, the emergency of intellectual industry, the increase of customer`s desire, etc., and get ability to catch up with the changes and get competition over others. New management information system for this purpose may be considered, and it is called eERP for in-house and SCM for IT cooperation. eERP is a system related to the entire work fields of a business such as materials and procurement, production, contractors, logistics, cost, personnel, accounting, and finance. Today it becomes essential for business to use eERP in on-line trade, so between the mother business and the contractors as well as between contractors are expected to use the eERP of ASP and the Supply Chain for the cooperation in terms of MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operation ) as well as orders and deliveries. It is because small-middle size businesses can work each other to reach joint cooperation system and then concentrate their power on a point against outside ones, and furthermore it leads to an infrastructure for web circumstance for global competition based on placing themselves on the e-marketplace by group system
