Myung-Am Cho is a poet of colonial period. He`s original work was based on the combinatiion of modernism and nationalism, and he wrote 150 poetry and over 800 poetry songs. Although he`s work contributed to the Korean literature greatly, he is a poet of the forgotten period of division and reue. At this time, by publishing the `Myung-Am Cho`s Complete Collection` all of his original work is reestablished and reinterpreted in terms of identifying the history of Korean literature. The purpose of this study is to analyze the meaning of reestablishing Myung-Am Cho`s literature, and to try to to identify the position of his leterature work.
