This study is to show a thesis that applie d the Human Becoming theory to understand the phenomenon of human and to be ontological base of the settlement of the qualitative research method. The subjects in this study the analysis were 40 articles that domestic 13 articles and 27 articles in foreign research papers published during between 1990 and 2001 the latest date which has applied Parse`s Human becoming theory : The results are as follows. 1. In thesis analysis, at first it was published that 6 doctoral from 1992 to the present in Korea, but the Parse`s theory is verified every year from a science journal to a foreign country. In the study type, it was come out that the application of the research methodology (domestic 11, outside 19), and the descriptive evaluation research (domestic 0, outside 4) and the descriptive exploratory methodology (domestic 2, outside 4). 2. It is the study of theme that distress, loneliness, pleasures, sufferings, which is the experience that man was experienced universally or generally. 3. In the specific character of the subject type, a research that woman was an subject of research, was shown up as sex. And there was an adult period (domestic 12, outside 13) as the developmental analysis and while the consequence of the comparison the normal group and patient group were shown up as follows: domestic (normal 6, patient 7), outside (normal 18, patient 9). 4. In the subject number analyses, the result were shown up in 5 studies the number of subjects showed below ten persons in domestic. In 11 articles studies. The number of subjects showed over 11 persons in the foreign country. 5. In the result of the analyses in the research period are showed as follows: In domestic there are 4 articles during 1-3 months, 9 articles over 10 months. There is 9 articles over 10 months, and 11 articles over 10 months in foreign research papers. 6. In comparative analyses of the Parse`s concepts and theoretic principles. The result are followed as 1 articles in domestic and 3 articles in foreign research papers involved all 9 concepts. Implications for nursing theory and its development, nursing research, education and practice were discussed. From results of this, I`m suggested the direction and considerations for further nursing studies related with these theories, and I`m derived testable propositions from relationship between concepts and each others. Based on the above findings, these are suggested as follows: 1) It`s necessary to try the clinical research adapted a practice methodology. 2) It`s necessary to reach in manifold research theme. 3) It`s necessary to study in particular Korean feeling, sensitiveness, thought. 4) It`s necessary to study in the family and friends as well as patients.
