computer-Integrated Manufacturing(CIM) systems are a class of automated that can be used to improve productivity in assembly line system. Also, CIM provides the higher flexibility of production, information, and system dimension. Therefore, this paper describes the CIM architecture considering computer-aided process planning(CAPP) system, programmable logic controller(PLC> for on-line control, bar-code system for point of sales(F0S) management, and automated storage/retrieval system(AS/RS) in manufacturing systems. Especially, an ideal one to perform a most a most CAPP system efficiently in the CA4 system depends on how it can do well a load allocation in planning of process and combines well each sub-system systematically.
