These days, Semiconductor industry is one of the major industries in Korea. Semiconductor production systems have changed tremendously in recent years. Because of the complexity of the semiconductor manufacturing process, it is not easy to analyze the problem which appear in production line. Today`s market conditions are characterized by more emphasis on variety, delivery performance, and quality. This paper presents a efficient model based on TPM to solve the problem which appear in semiconductor manufacturing process.
