본 연구는 장애인 재택근무에 관한 문헌 고찰연구였다. 연구목적에 따라 첫째, 재택근무의 개념과정유형을 알아보고, 둘째, 재택근무의 장단점을 밝히고, 셋째, 장애인의 재택근무에 관해서 알아보았다. 재택근무의 유형으로는 전자재택근무(electionic homework), 지역작업센터(neighbourhood work center), 위성작업센더(satel1ite work center), 유연근무(flexiwork)이 있다. 재택근무의 장점으로 개인, 사회 및 기업에 이점을 재공하며, 단점으로서는 근로자에게 초래하는 불이익이 있고, 재택근무의 도입 및 확산치 빠르게 진행되지 못하는 이유는 기업측의 우려에 기인한다. 장애인 재택근무의 형태를 보면, 재택부업(homebound work), 재택기능훈련프로그램(homecraft program), 하청모델(subcontract model), 자영업(business enterprise for the homebound)이 있다. 재택근무제가 비장애 근무자들의 스트레스와 복지, 가정-직장생활의 균형 등에 미치는 영향을 연구한 결과들은 장애인 재택근무자들에게 적합하게 재구성되어야 한다.

This Study on the telework for the person with disabilities was investigated through document research, which is focused on the pattern of concept process, the strong points and weak points of telework and telework of the disabled. The patterns of telework are of electronic homework, neighbourhood work center, satellite work center and flexiwork. A good points of telework is to offer merits to personal, enterprise and society and a weak point is the disadvantage which bring about to employee. The reason why the adoption and spread of telework are not rapidly processed is caused by the anxiety of enterprise.. The types of telework for the disabled are of homebound work, homecraft program, subcontract model and business enterprise for the homebound. The Study results on the effects of telework on the stress, well-being, balance between home and work place of the non-disabled should be re-structured properly for the teleworker with disabilities.
