In this paper, RCM is presented, which may be effective to maintenance planning and analysis. RCM is a widely used maintenance scheme for aircrafts or power plants, and it provides an analysis method and a decision rule for maintenance planning. RCM process is designed to focus engineering maintenance planning attention to the part level in a formal and disciplined manner leading to the formulation of a maintenance strategy and plan logically. In conclusion, this study presents an effectively and effectively planned maint enance scheme in practically which is based on effective facilities selecting, facilities analysis, and decision criteria through systematic maintenance planning.
