Whenever we execute the work, the work success or failure depend on what kind of method use and how it appled. If the aim is not to be sure and good method is be used, the conclusion not gain our want. When we want to success the work, then we have to check the aim continually during our work. This paper present Y-Cycle that execute more effective work method that combine with Deming cycle and System cycle. If we combine each cycle`s characteristic and merit and execute the work using right order, and adjust feedback in each step, then we can success the aim using less cost and endeavor.
