Many of companies all over the world have been certified ISO 9000 which is customer focused since last ten 10 years, and industrial sector specific certifications have been developed, such as ISO/TS 16949 which are specific requirements added to ISO 9001 for the automotive industrial sector. Requirements for manufacturing machine/equipment contol addressed in ISO 9000, ISO/TS 16949 are considered to be significant. And ISO 9001 pro-motes the adoption of `Process approach` which is one of `Quality management 8 principles` when developing, implementing and improving the effectiveness of a quality management system, to enhance customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements. And I think that it is important to adopt `Process approach` when implementing machine/equipment contol for performance improvement. I sincerely hope that my study for adoption of Process approach for r performance improvement to be helpful to individual, companies and related association.
