이 논문은 효과적인 프레젠테이션의 조건과 평가에 대해 고찰한 것이다 프레젠테이션 능력에 대한 사회의 요구는 점점 높아지고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 프레젠테이션 교육에 대한 학술적인 연구는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 2장에서는 사회의 요구에 적극적으로 부응하기 위해서는 프레젠테이션에 대한 교육 및 평가가 정규 교육과정 속에서 논의되어야 한다고 제안하였다. 또한 시청각 자료 등 슬라이드를 구성하는 영역과, 구성된 시청각 자료를 기반으로 말할 내용을 조직하고 전달하는 화법영역을 분리할 것을 제안하고 화법으로서 프레젠테이션의 개념을 정의하였다. 이 논문에서는 효과적인 프레젠테이션의 조건을 내용 층위와 표현 층위로 나누어 고찰하였다. 내용 층위는 전체적인 내용의 구조 및 체계성과 관계되는 층위로 도입 단계, 전개 단계, 마무리 단계로 구성된다. 이 연구에서는 각각의 단계에서 수행해야할 내용을 구체적으로 제시하였다 표현층위는 물리적인 표현과 관계되는 층위로 언어적 요소와 비언어적 요소로 구분하여 각각의 요소에 대해 효과적인 방법을 제시하였다. 3장에서는 2장에서 제시한 효과적인 프레젠테이션의 조건을 바탕으로 구체적인 항목을 추출하였으며, 이러한 항목의 평가 척도에 대해서 논의하였다.

The purpose of this paper is to study the effectual conditions and the evaluations of the presentation ability. Social needs of the presentation ability have been growing mote and mote. Nevertheless, the educations of presentation are very insufficient. In chapter 2, this paper proposes that the education and the evaluation of presentation must be discussed within regular education system to satisfy the social needs and must be divided into two parts; slide-making parts and speech parts organizing and representing the contents. This paper defines the conception of presentation speech and considers the effectual conditions of content level and expression level. Content level is concerned with the construction and the system of content. Content level is constituted of introduction step, development step and finishing step. This paper shows examples of how each step can be accomplished. Expression lever is divided into the verbal element and the nonverbal element. This paper presents the effectual conditions of each element. In chapter 3, this paper derives concrete evaluation items based on chapter 2 and discusses the measure for evaluation item.
