본 연구는 교장의 리더십 생활기술이 교사들의 수업, 학생, 학교조직 헌신성과 어떤 관련성이 있는가를 규명해 보는 데 목적이 있는 실증적인 조사 연구이다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학교 교사들은 교장의 리더십 생활기술에 대해 인간관계 기술 능력을 가장 높게 평가하였고, 그 다음으로 조직관리기술, 학습능력기술, 의사소통 및 의사결정기술 순으로 평가하였다. 둘째, 초등학교 교사들의 수업, 학생, 학교조직에 대한 헌신성을 분석한 결과, 수업에 대한 헌신이 상대적으로 가장 높은 평균을 보였고, 그 다음으로 학교조직 헌신, 학생에 대한 헌신 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교사가 지각한 교장의 리더십 생활기술과 교사 헌신성에 대한 관계를 분석한 결과, 리더십 생활기술과 교사 헌신성간에 비교적 높은 정적상관을 나타내었고 더불어 리더십 생활기술은 교사 헌신성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 있는 것으로 나타났다.

This study aims at analyzing how the skill of principal`s leadership life skill affects on the commitment of teaching, student and school organization. The subjects of study for this aim are as follows: First, there is any meaningful difference of the recognition which teachers perceive the life skill of principal`s leadership? Second, there is any meaningful difference of the recognition which teachers perceive the commitment of teaching, student and school organization? Third, how the life skill of principal`s leadership which is perceived by teachers is related with the commitment of teaching, student and school organization and affects the commitment of teaching, student and school organization? The major findings of this study were as follows: First, in the case of the life skill of the principal`s leadership, teachers recognized the technique of human relation as most highly and the technique of organization management, learning ability, communication and decision making as relatively highly in order. Second, in the case of the commitment of teaching, student and school organization, teachers recognized the commitment of teaching as most highly and the commitment of school organization and student as relatively highly in order. Third, the life skill of principal`s leadership and the commitment of teaching, student and school organization were shown the positive correlation. And the life skill of principal`s leadership affects positively the commitment of teaching, student and school organization.
