This year(2009) we are meeting an 40th anniversary of Shin-Dong_Yeop and thesis quests the meanings of spirit of the renowned classical poet of `Minjok-Minjung`("national-people`s" in Korean) literature in 1970_80s (South) Korea against today`s worldwide neo-liberalistic tide, and checking important arguments, categorizes existing evaluations into `Minjok-Minjung`, anarchistic, Taoistic, ecological criticism, and differentiating the various cognizances of Cho_Tae-Il, Kang_Eun-Kyo, Paik-Nak_Cheong, KIm-Yun-Tae, Kim-Chong-Chul about `neutralism`, one of the most fundamental views 0f the poet, confirms him as a `still living`, `dominating`, `disquieting` poet of `ancient future` preoccupying Minjok-Minjung`s future-oriented view, and also looks out new possibilities of his poetry as a model for post-colonial, eco-anarchistic, feministic literary imagination & creation.
