Objective To improve the senior citizens` quality of life by Introducing the Long-Term Care in Saint Louis, Missouri, United States of America. Method The literature review provided an overview of issues related Missouri senior citizens. Discussions were held to allow seniors the opportunity to corroborate the literature review findings. Conclusion Government should be responsible for follow-up and monitoring the Missouri States`s situation and for reevaluating periodically to ensure that needs are being met and services are appropriate.
