인터넷의 사용자는 급증하고 있으나 많은 사람들이 인터넷에서 개인정보를 제공하는 것을 꺼려하고 있다. 그것은 은행이 제공하는 인터넷 뱅킹 시스템에 어떠한 보안통제 요소가 구현되어 있는지 알지 못하기 때문인 것으로 생각된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인터넷뱅킹 시스템의 보안통제 요소가 인터넷 뱅킹의 시스템 품질과 정보품질 인지정도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 본 연구에 사용된 표본의 수는 283개 이며 분석 방법으로는 회귀분석이 이용되었다. 결과 인증, 부인방지, 데이터 무결성이 시스템품질에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 인증, 데이터 무결성이 정보품질에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The number of internet users has increased dramatically, but many are reluctant to provide sensitive personal information because they concern about security control at internet banking system. This paper investigates the impact of customer perception of security control on internet banking system quality and information quality. A Web survey of internet banking users collected 283 cases. Statistical analysis, using regression, indicated authentication, nonrepudiation and data integrity impact on system quality and indicated authentication, data integrity impact on information quality. Implication and further research directions are presented.
