이 연구는 자서전과 자기소개서 쓰기를 연계할 지도 방안을 제안한 것이다. 대학 생활을 시작하는 1학년 시기는 대학 생활 및 진로에 대해 설계하는 시기이다. 대학 생활에 대한 설계는 성공적인 대학 생활과 관련되며, 또한 성공적인 대학 생활은 성공적인 취업과 연관된다는 점에서 중요하다. 한편 대학 4학년 때는 취업 목적의 자기소개서를 쓰게 되는데, 4학년 때 희망 직종 및 직업을 조사하고 자기소개서를 쓰게 될 경우, 기업이 요구하는 경험 및 능력이 부족하여 자기소개서에서 요구하는 내용을 채우기가 어렵다. 이러한 점은 자기소개서에 채워야 할 내용에 대한 인식이 좀 더 이른 시기, 즉 대학 생활을 설계하는 1학년 때에 이루어져야 하며, 취업에 필요한 경험 및 능력을 대학 생활 중에 쌓아야 한다는 것을 의미한다. 이 논문에서는 두 유형의 글쓰기에 대한 연계의 필요성에 대한 논의하고 지도 방향 및 중점 지도 내용 및 주의할 점 등을 논의하였다. 1학년 시기에 현재의 나의 상태를 점검하고 과거 속에서 현재의 나를 형성한 원인을 찾아봄으로써 미래 설계에 기여할 수 있도록 지도한다. 한편 자기소개서 쓰기 지도는 자신의 경험 및 능력 중 기업이 요구하는 경험 및 능력을 선별하고 효과적으로 조직·배열하는 언어 표현 기법을 지도한다.

This paper is to propose the program in the connection with autobiography and self-introduction writing for the successful life in university. Freshman courses plan the university life and self-course. The plan relates the successful life in university, also it is important because it relates the successful employment. Nevertheless, the future plan without detailed contents is easy losing the direction. Senior courses write the self-introduction for employment but if senior courses prepare the contents of self-introduction, it is very difficult. Therefore freshman must recognize the self-introduction for employment. And students must develop the experiences and abilities during the university life. Freshman diagnoses the present `I`, reflect the past `I`, plan the future `1`. Senior selects the experiences and abilities which company needs, and learns effective language-expression skills.
