본 연구는 실업자의 취업가능성과 비경제활동인구의 구직의사, 그리고 의중임금에 대하여 개인별 특성과 지역을 중심으로 분석해 봄으로써 향후 고용정책 수립을 위한 정책적 함의를 제시하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위해 개인별 특성과 지역을 독립변수로 하고, 실업자의 취업가능성과 비경제활동인구의 구직의사 그리고 의중임금을 종속변수로 설정하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과 개인별 특성과 지역에 따라 국가나 지방정부의 고용정책이 차별화될 필요가 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구가 갖는 의의는 실업문제를 진단하고 원인을 파악하기 위한 맥락에서 실업자의 취업가능성뿐만 아니라 비경제활동인구의 구직의사를 파악함으로써 개인과 지역에 따라 실업문제가 다른 양상을 보이고 있다는 것을 확인했다는 점과, 이를 토대로 차별화된 맞춤식 고용정책이 수립되어져야 한다는 근거를 제시하였다.

The study is analyzed by focusing on individual characteristics and regional about employability of the unemployed, intention to find work of economically inactive population, and the reservation wages. The purpose of this study is to suggest policy implications about future policy implications of employment policy based on results of analysis. To achieve this purpose, individual characteristics and regional were setting as independent variables, and employability of the unemployed, the economically active population, and the reservation wages setting as dependent variable logistic regression analysis was conducted. The empirical results appear that a national and local government is needed depending on the individual characteristics and regional differentiation of employment policies. The policy implication of this study need to survey employability of the unemployed as well as intention to work economically inactive population for the diagnosis of the unemployment problem and to establish its policy, and depending on the individual and regional are showing a different aspect of the problem was confirmed. Based on this, this should be done based on customized employment policies are presented.
