The present study carried with an analysis of the effects that might be exercised upon management environment when quality management activities are introduced and factors of such activities are effectively performed. It was also investigated in this study if performances of management, customer and technological innovation could be improved depending on the extent factors of quality management activities are performed. From the analysis, it was discovered that, first, the management environment in which small and medium enterprises are situated has influence upon the extent their quality management activities are performed. In order to increase the performance of quality management activities, small and medium enterprises are thus needed to make efforts to have insight upon management environment. Second, it was also made clear from the analysis that the extent of quality management activities has influence on the performances of management, customer and technological innovation. It is therefore suggested for small and medium enterprises to control factors such as human resources management, process management, utilization of quality related information, establishment of quality management plans, etc. as a measure to intensify their performances of management, customer and technological innovation by means of quality management activities.
