인터넷 공간에서 읽게 되는 텍스트는 복합 양식으로 이루어진 경우가 많으며 이러한 복합 양식 텍스트를 읽고 쓰는 것은 기존의 읽기 및 쓰기와 많은 차이가 있다. 따라서 인터넷 공간에서 복합 양식 텍스트를 읽고 쓰는 과정에는 어떤 특성들이 있는지를 밝히고 이를 지도하기 위해서는 어떤 전략이 필요한지를 규명해야 한다. 복합 양식 텍스트의 읽기는 동시적이고 감각적인 수용 양상을 보인다. 이때 동시적·감각적 수용은 메시지의 전체 이해에 영향을 주어 잘못된 수용이 이루어질 수 있기 때문에 이에 대한 심화적 입기 지도가 필요하다. 또한 복합 양식 텍스트 쓰기의 보편화는 쓰기 개념의 확장을 요구하여 복합 양식 기호의 쓰기를 포함 시키게 한다. 따라서 이러한 복합 기호의 쓰기 능력이 필요하다. 여기서는 읽기와 쓰기의 통합적 지도 전략으로 감각적 수용에 대한 심층적 읽기와 복합 양식 텍스트의 재생산하기를 제시하고자 한다. 심층적 읽기는 즉흥적이고 감각적인 반응을 심화된 읽기로 이끌어 낸다. 이러한 심층적 읽기 반응을 토대로 텍스트의 재생산하면서 복합 기호의 메시지 전달을 이해하여 적절히 표현할 수 있을 것이다. 이런 통합 지도를 통하여 복합 양식 텍스트의 심층적 수용과 표현 능력이 신장될 수 있다.

In many cases, texts that are read in the Internet are in multiple mode, and there lie many differences between reading and writing multi-mode texts and conventional reading and writing. Thus it`s necessary to identify what kind of strategies would be needed in order to understand the characteristics of reading and writing multi-mode texts and to teach them. Reading multi-mode texts involves simultaneous and sensory acceptance, which affects the entire message and presents a risk for wrong acceptance. That`s why advanced reading instructions are in need. And the generalization of writing multi-mode texts requires concept expansion and includes writing of multi-mode signs, which suggests a need for the ability to write such multi-mode signs. This study set out to present in-depth reading of sensory acceptance and reproduction of multi-mode texts as integrated instructional strategies for reading and writing. In-depth reading induces impromptu and sensory reactions as advanced reading. One can understand and express properly the message delivery of multiple signs by reproducing texts based on in-depth reading reactions. Such integrated instructions can help with in-depth acceptance and expressive abilities of multi-mode texts.
