증권 상담 대화에서 나타나는 대인관계 형성 표현에는 공손과 존중, 공감과 맞장구가 있다. 투자고객은 상담 직원에 대해 `알겠습니다’와 같이 긍정의 화행으로 공손하게 응대한다. 또한 투자 고객은 상담직원에게 신규 고객 소개를 약속하는 화행을 수행하고, 높임법을 사용하는 등 상담직원을 존중한다. 공감대 수행방식에서는 맞장구와 확인 수행 방식을 발견할 수 있었다. 한편 정보활동 표현에서는 정보 탐색 표현으로 질문과 확인이 나타났다. 반복과 요청의 표현에서 반복 질문으로 상담직원의 진술을 되묻는 방법으로 정보를 탐색하는 수행이 확인되었다. 정보 거절 표현은 회피와 거절로 수행된다. 여기서 투자 고객은 직접적인 거절을 하지 않고 핑계로 회피하는 것으로 나타났다. 거절에서 미수행의 거절은 `안 되죠.`로 표현된다. 수행불가로 추가 입금이나 투자에 대해 자금이 없을 때 거절하는 화행이 확인 되었다. 한편 불만 표시와 침묵은 투자고객이 팔고 난 주식이 올랐을 때와 같은 경우, 상담직원의 체면을 손상시키지 않으면서 불만을 표현하고자 할 때 나타났다. 침묵의 경우는 무응답의 형태로 표현된다.

In the expression of repetition and request we could see that investor searched information by asking again counselor`s statement with repeated question. The expression of an information refusal is performed by evasion and refusal. In this case securities investor evaded answering by not refusing directly but making an excuse. If performance is not yet fulfilled, a word of refusal was expressed in the shape of `안 되죠’. On the situation which performance is impossible so there are no added deposit or capital for investment, a speech of refusal could be identified. An expression of dissatisfaction and silence used with not losing counselor`s face when the value of a stock which investor selled rised. We could checked no response = (--)as a silence.
