Since 2008 the history increased the probability of record as a failed model about neo-liberalism. Becaus growth(markets)-oriented solo lead of capitalism pushed people who excluded from the winner-takes-all`s society to the situation of serious poverty. Indeed the financial crisis of 2008 was the climax of market`s greed and failure. Japan & japanese which are uncomfortable with the neo-liberalism system was also shocked the crisis. The dissonance of neo-liberalism may be a bigger than any other country. Therefore walkover and blind faith about neo-liberalism took on the brakes. Especially his is not a just track leave of orbit but demands of new paradigm`s adoption. In other words, this lead to a provision of alternative model which control after the era of neo-liberalism. Recently the variety of alternative models are discussed in Japan. First is a modified neo-liberalism that prefer to keep a market-oriented system and revise market failure. Secondly, adaption to the japanese traditional economic system that is revised along to the nowadays. Lastly, north european model which is divided the British model(The third way) seeking social investment state and the dynan1ic Nordic model based on social democratic welfare. The common denominator within these alternative model is all control system of the market`s greed & failure. At the same time these have also difference thing. These are depended on the point line of control level between growth & distribution, market & government, individual & society. Furthermore there are not a consensus on control level. For that reason the discourse of alternative models and pursuit direction in Japan is in a state of confusion because of barriers to each models. Therefore the establishment of new model will be a very hard and difficult way certainly.
