본 연구는 국내 학제간 융합연구의 촉진을 위해 한국연구재단의 연구자 등록 D/B에 등록된 전체 연구자를 대상으로 3,121명의 설문을 X2분석에 활용하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 정부는 학문분야 간 지식융합의 질적 고도화를 위해 종합적이고 체계적인 계획의 수립 하에 학제간 융합연구의 비전을 제시하고, 주요 아젠다를 발굴하여 연구문제의 해결을 위해 요구되는 새로운 연구분야와 전문지식의 방향성을 제시할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 학제간 융합연구의 철학적 토대와 종합적 연구결과의 산출을 위해 연구자들은 연구에 참여하는 다른 학문분야의 이해 수준을 높이고, 개방적인 태도를 가질 필요가 있다. 그리고 정부는 연구자들 간의 대화와 협력을 위해 시간과 예산을 별도로 지원해야 한다. 셋째, 정부는 연구자들이 학제간 융합연구 결과의 소통과 활용을 강화하고, 그 성과를 인정받을 수 있도록 KCI급 학술지의 심사기준에서 학제간 융합연구의 논문을 예외사항으로 적용하고, 학문분야 간 지식의 융합수준을 심사기준으로 반영할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 정부는 학제간 융합연구의 종합적인 발전을 위해 전체 학문분야 간의 균형적인 발전을 추구할 필요가 있다는 결론을 도출하였다.

In this paper, Focused on the promotion of interdisciplinary research in Korea. and we surveyed all researchers in researcher D/B of NRF. and 3,121 samples of them is used for the chi-square analysis. In conclusions, First, The government should establish a comprehensive and systemic plan for quality enhancement of knowledge`s integration. and this should present a vision and major agenda for directions of creative new research and specialized knowledge. Second, researchers are required to promote understanding about the knowledge of other disciplines. Also, they must have an open mind for researcher of other disciplines. And the government, in a separate, support for time and budget for communication and cooperation among the researchers in team. Third, to promoting benefit of researcher`s achievements, diffusion and using about result of research, the evaluating agency of journals must apply with the exception of established criteria for integrated research. and the nature of interdisciplinary research should reflected in assesment criteria. The fourth, the balanced development of all disciplines should be pursued for long-term development of interdisciplinary research.
