This article is to study about Androgyny and Mythicality with extending a Female Cultural Discourse, focusing on the festival Contents. A cultural female Imagination needs a deep understanding of civil myth. Woman in festivals has folk tales and myths. The fundamental imagination of folk tales are read with myths traditionally. Through human histories, female has been a heroine of an ordeal story and sacrificing story. The heroine of festivals needs a new cultural interpretation. The female mythical imagination is not read as a sexual meaning but as a otherness. Dan Kindlon creates a new term Alpha Girls which includes understanding the New American Girl and How She Is Changing the World. The women living in the present are Alptha Girls. The woman represented in festivals need to be defined with a new term. Alptha Girls are the opposite term with Femme Fatale who are a beautiful woman that men find sexually attractive but who brings them trouble or unhappiness. The Woman of the modern times has three androgynic aspects. The first, we can read a cultural androgyny with open sexual discourse. The second, we can read a cultural androgyny with a public love discourse beyond a private love discourse. The third, we can read a cultural androgyny represented in sacrifice and ritual.
