본 연구에서는 청소년이 지각한 부모갈등이 우울증상에 미치는 영향에서 부적응적 사고의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 서울 및 경기지역 중학생 693명을 대상으로 청소년이 지각한 부모갈등 척도, 한국판 우울 척도, 부적응적 사고 척도를 사용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 15.0을 사용하여 Pearson의 상관분석, 중다회기분석, Baron과 Kenny(1986)가 제시한 매개효과 검증절차를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년이 지각한 부모갈등이 우울증상에 미치는 영향이 유의하였다. 둘째, 청소년이 지각한 부모갈등이 부적응적 사고에 미치는 영향이 유의하였다. 셋째, 부적응적 사고가 우울증상에 미치는 영향이 유의하였다. 넷째, 청소년이 지각한 부모갈등과 우울증상의 관계에서 부적응적 사고의 매개효과를 검증한 결과 부분매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 청소년이 지각한 부모갈등과 우울증상의 관계의 중요성을 확인하였고, 부적응적 사고의 원인론적 특성을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of the adolescent`s maladaptive thoughts on the relationships between perceived parents conflict and depressive symptoms. The participants were 693 middle school students in Seoul and Gyeonggi areas. The results showed as follows: First, the Parents Conflict perceived by adolescent had a positive correlation with depressive symptoms. Second, the Parents Conflict perceived by adolescent had a positive correlation with maladaptive thoughts. Third, the maladaptive thoughts of adolescent had a positive correlation with depressive symptoms. Fourth, this study concluded that there was a significant partial mediation effect of maladaptive thoughts on the relation between the Parents Conflict perceived by adolescent and depressive symptoms.
