고등학교 현장에서 문법 교육의 약화에 대한 자성의 소리가 높아가는 가운데, 2007 개정 교육과정에 의한 고등학교 국어 검인정 교과서가 올해부터 학교 현장에 적용되기 시작했다. 새로운 교육과정 하에서의 고등학교 문법 교육의 활성화를 위해서는 새로운 교과서의 문법 영역의 분석을 통해 국어 교육과정 문법 영역의 교육적 실현과 결과를 예측하고, 교수-학습 과정의 피드백 자료로 활용하는 작업이 필요하다. 따라서 본고에서는 2007 개정 고등학교 국어 검정 교과서의 문법 영역을 내용, 텍스트, 활동의 측면에서 분석하고, 이를 통해 학교 현장에서의 효율적인 문법교육을 위한 방안과 국어 교사의 역할에 대해 생각해 볼 것이다. 이는 새로 열린 국어 교과서 검인정 시대에 의미 있는 작업이 되리라 기대한다.

Officially approved textbooks of Korean for the highschool under the 2007`s revised education curriculum were firstly applied to the school site from this year while voices of self-reflection against reduction of grammar education at the highschool site gradually become high. To activate grammar education at the highschool site under a new education curriculum, work to predict educational realization and results of grammar area in the Korean education curriculum through analysis of grammar area of the new textbook and to utilize them as feedback data of teaching-learning process is required. This study will analyze grammar area of 2007` revised Korean textbook for the highschool in terms of contents, texts and activities and consider about a role of Korean teacher and methods for efficient grammar education at the school site though it. It is expected that this study will become a meaningful work in the official approved times of Korean textbook which is newly opened.
