팀으로 이루어지는 집단 탐구학습에서는 학업적 자기효능감 뿐 아니라 팀의 구성원으로서 과제를 성공적으로 수행하기 위해 요구되는 협력적 자기효능감의 역할이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 집단탐구(Group Investigation) 학습 맥락에서 학업적 자기효능감 및 협력적 자기효능감이 학습 과정으로서의 학습 참여도, 그리고 학습 성과로서 개인 성취도 및 팀 성취도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하고자 하였다. 대학교에서 교직을 이수하는 학습자 81명의 자료가 분석되었으며, 이들의 학업적, 협력적 자기효능감 수준은 학기 초에 측정되었고, 참여 및 성취도 자료가 수집되었다. 단순회귀분석 결과 학업적 자기효능감은 개인성취도를, 협력적 자기효능감은 참여도, 개인 성취도, 팀 성취도를 유의미하게 예측하였다. 또한 참여도는 협력적 자기효능감과 개인 성취도를 완전 매개하였고, 협력적 자기효능감과 팀 성취도를 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 각 변인간의 관계를 종합적으로 파악하기 위해 경로분석을 실시한 결과를 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 효능감, 특히 협력적 자기효능감이 협동학습 환경에서 중요한 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었으며, 이를 바탕으로 수업 설계를 위한 시사점을 도출하였다.

In a learning environment of cooperative learning, academic self-efficacy as well as self-efficacy for group work are critical to successful learning. This study adopted Group Investigation model to facilitate collaboration among learners, and investigated the effects of academic self-efficacy and self-efficacy for group work on learners` participation, individual achievement, and team achievement. Participants were 88 college-level students in the pre-service teacher education program, and data from 81 among them were analyzed. Academic self-efficacy and self-efficacy for group work were measured at the beginning of the semester, and data of individual participation, individual achievement score, and team achievement score were collected at the end of the semester. Simple regression analysis results indicated that academic self-efficacy predicted individual achievement, while self-efficacy for group work predicted individual participation, individual achievement, and team achievement. Also, participation were the mediator between self-efficacy for group work and achievement.
