This paper analyzed the alignment between ``The achievement standards for National Assessment of Educational Achievement(NAEA)`` and ``Korean Subject Assessment items which were administrated in 2006 year for the 9th and 10th grade students(KSA for 6th & 10th)``. The alignment is the degree of congruence between curriculum standards and assessments. In this research, alignment analysis tools were developed. Reviewer committee was constituted by 12 Korean subject specialists. They joined the workshops, produced alignment data. These data analyzed by Webb alignment model. Its criteria are categorical concurrence, depth of knowledge, range of knowledge, and balance of representation. As a results, the depth of knowledge consistency between NAEA and KSA for 9th grade was not acceptable. KSA for 10th grade`s results were the same. In conclusion, the alignments of National level Korean Language Assessments are ``weak``.
