이광수의 식민지 후반기(1934-1939) 문학은 관찰과 고백의 서사를 통해 사소설적 경향과 심경소설의 양상을 보이면서 당대에 가졌던 사유 체계와 전향의 논리를 표출하고 있다. 그의 문학에서 사소설적 경향은 ``생의 위기``와 ``삶의 혼돈스러움``이 두드러지게 드러난 시기에 나타났다. 이 시기는 ``계몽``을 벗어나서 ``관찰``과 ``고백``을 통한 서사 전략의 변환과 사유 체계의 전환을 동시에 드러낸 시기이다. 식민지 후반기 「무명」에 나타난 ``관찰``의 서사 전략은 작가가 미리 만든 추상적 세계를 보여주는 것이 아니라 독자가 이 현실을 직접 보고 인식할 수 있도록 서술하는 방식이어서 독자가 조선의 진짜 현실을 파악하게 되는 것이다. 이러한 전략은 화자가 계몽의 나팔수가 되지 않고도 작가의 메시지를 자연스럽게 전달하는 효과를 지닌다. 「육장기」와 「난제오」에 나타난 ``고백`` 서사는 자신의 결함과 강박관념을 벗어나기 위한 자기구원의 글쓰기 방식이다. 심경의 토로를 통해 구원을 요청한 그의 작품들은 목적이 내재된 종교성으로 인해 ``불투명성``을 담보할 수밖에 없었다. 이광수는 이러한 ``고백``적 글쓰기는 생의 불안과 위기 상황에 나타났으며, 사유체계의 전환을 동반한다. 사실과 논리의 세계에서 용납될 수 없었던 ``전향``은 논리가 존재하지 않는 초월적 세계로 진입함으로써 ``나``는 스스로 구원받는다. 이 시기의 이광수의 문학이 ``계몽``적 글쓰기에서 ``나``의 글쓰기인 내면적 글쓰기로 전환할 수밖에 없었던 내적 논리는 사유체계의 전환과 정치적 전향의 논리로 귀결된다. 이 시기 이후 1940년경부터 이광수가 적극적으로 신체제론을 옹호하는 제국주의자로 활동할 수 있었던 것은 세계관의 전환과 사유체계의 변모를 통해 이루어진 구원의 문학 시기가 있었기 때문이다.

This paper aims at Lee Guang-su autobiographical novel literature to 1939 since 1934. The literature of this time showed the logic of his internal desire and conversion with the narration of ``observation`` and ``confession``. As to this time, the narration strategy is the change one time when being the turning point of the world view about the life of Lee Guang-su. The narration strategy of ``observation`` doesn`t show the abstract world of the writer but the audience recognizes report the reality directly. The narration strategy of ``confession`` is the way to write of one`s relief for being unexpected. That is, the psychological novel does the unique intermediary pretext atomizing the crisis of the life. There is the internal logic which Lee Guang-su literature of this time converts to the autobiographical writing from the enlightenment writing. This logic is concluded to the logic of the change of the speculation system and political conversion.
