본 연구는 발달장애 특수학교의 학교기업 운영 및 관리요인과 교육효과성에 관한 특수교사의 인식 수준을 비교하기 위한 연구로, 연구수행을 위하여 서울지역 및 대구광역시와 경상북도에서 근무 중인 특수학교 교사들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 먼저 교차분석결과, 학교기업 운영 및 관리요인과 특수교사의 인식 간에는 유의미한 차이를 보이는 것으로 확인되었다. 특히 학교기업 담당교사의 자격과 범위, 보상유형, 그리고 장애학생의 참여 범위는 선행연구와 유사하게 나타났다. 그러나 단순히 고등부 및 전공과 교사의 학교기업 참여나 시간 외 수당 지급, 참여 장애학생에 대한 장학금 지급과 같은 현재의 단편적인 제도보다는 학교별 특성과 상황을 고려한 학교기업 운영제도의 도입이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 발달장애학생의 경우 취업 전 지속적인 직업교육으로서의 학교기업이 가지는 가치가 크므로 중도·중복장애학생들에 대한 참여기회를 넓혀 나간다는 학교기업의 취지를 살릴 수 있는 적합 직종의 개발 및 현장실습 중심의 운영 역시 필요하다. 다음으로, 학교기업은 기업으로서의 측면 외에도 교육효과성과 관련한 교육적 측면이 간과되지 않도록 현장중심 교육에 중점을 두어 인지적 및 정의적 효과성을 향상시킬 수 있는 진로 및 직업교육으로서의 체계를 확립해야 할 것이다. 또한 외부사업체와의 공동운영을 통해 지역사회 협력체계를 구축하도록 하며, 학교관리자의 인식 개선 및 관계자의 참여 확대 등 학교기업 운영과 관련한 제한점을 해소할 수 있는 방안이 강구되어야 할 것이다. 마지막으로 아직까지 학교기업 전담인력의 수요나 인식이 미비하므로 직업교육의 측면에서 직업재활인력과의 협력을 통해 긍정적인 성과와 기대수준이 향상될 수 있는 계기를 마련하도록 해야 할 것이다.
The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze perceptions of special educational teachers on school-based enterprise operation and educational effective in developmental disability special schools. Also, ultimate purpose is to provide a fundamental data for an improvement of school-based enterprise in developmental disability special schools. The conclusions drawn from the result are as follows. First, the results show that the level of perception of school-based enterprise operation among teachers in developmental disability special schools is high relatively. Second, the results of t-test and one-way ANOVA revealed that a significant relationship exists between practical effective perception and teachers in developmental disability special schools. And this suggests that the contents of school-based enterprise programs currently executed need to be linked to vocational result and stimulate students` participation. This study will contribute to developing of programs for school-based enterprise and provide practical implications for education strategies related to promoting their positive perception. Also, on the basis of analysis, regulation of school-based enterprise operation should be revised and perceptions of relatives and employers should be conducted.
