본 연구는 여자고등 학생의 직업 가치관과 진로성숙에 현실요법 진로 상담 프로그램이 미치는 영향을 연구하고자 24명의 프로그램 참여 희망자를 12명씩 통제 집단과 실험 집단에 배치하여 실험 집단에 10희기의 프로그램을 실시 분석 하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 현실요법 진로 상당 프로그램 적용 후 실험 집단과 통제 집단 간에는 유의확률이 p<001이므로 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 현실요법 진로 상담 프로그램 적용 후 실험 집단과 통제 집단 간에 유의확률이 p<001와p<05 수준에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 따라서 현실요법 진로 상담 프로그램 적용은 직업가치관 변화와 진로 성숙에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 진로지도 프로그램으로써 현실요법 진로 상담 프로그램을 적용해볼 수 있다는 가능성을 제시하는 데 본 연구의 의의가 있다고 본다.

The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of a career counseling program that is based on a reality therapy on the maturity of career awareness and career values of female high school students. The hypothesis of this study are as follows: First, the group participating in the career counseling program will acquire higher career maturity than the group that does not, Second, the group participating in the program will gain higher scores in their career values than the group that does not For the purpose of the study, the program has been restructured so that the Principal of reality therapy that emphasizes the responsibility of individual behaviors, the present, and conscious experience can interweave with career development theory. 2nd grade female students at general purpose coeducational high-schools in Busan were tested for their career awareness maturity and career values, and 24 were selected from those in the lower 30% who volunteered for the program. 12 students were assigned to an experimental group, and the rest to a control group. The program was executed 10 rounds in total only for the experimental group. To verify the impact of the program, tests were conducted before and after the program. SPSS 12.0 K was used for statistical analysis. Also, t-test was made on the result of the pre test of the career awareness maturity to prove that the experimental and control groups were homogeneous. To identify the effect that the program has on the result of the post test on the career awareness maturity, only t-test was conducted without the analysis of covariance (ANc0vM. On the other hand, the t-test on the result of the pre test of the career values showed that the two groups were not homogeneous. Thus, analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) was done to see any quantity change in career values after the program was executed The conclusions of this study are as follows: First, after the execution of the program, the significance probability between the two groups was p<00l. It shows that the counseling program significantly affected the maturity of career awareness at significance level of .001 Second, after the application of the program, the significance probability was p<001 and p<05 between the two groups. It shows that the application of the program made significant impact on the career values at the significance levels of 001 and 05.
