Ha Gil-Jong`s Movie 《The March of Fools》 occupies the very important position in the place to discuss Korean movie history of the 1970`s. In the 1970`s which is the background of the movie, as young people (university students) appeared as the main consumers of the popular culture, new paradigm called youth culture emerged. What was made reflecting this was the 『The March of Fools』 whose original is the Choi In-Ho`s novel. Compared to the fact that the original novel was written based on popularity and mass appeal, 《The March of Fools》 could express cinematic quality of its own by making a new character ``Young-Chol`` who was not in the original novel appear and adding the aspect of agony about the time and life to each of the main characters. The reason why the 《The March of Fools》 came to have cinematic quality higher than literary quality of the original novel is because the journey of life of main characters who long for dream and hope having critical point of view on military dictatorship era in 1970`s is well revealing. With respect of this, this article paid attention to the aspect of nihilism commonly found in the main characters in the movie. In Nietzschean viewpoint, the nihilism aims for value-free of existing values. Accordingly, the tragic conclusion of the movie can be understood as manifestation of criticism and will to resist against the value which has been pursued in the existing society. Therefore, ``our time`` and ``our dream`` which the main characters in the movie commonly pursue is the longing for and vision of the future time which is newly born overthrowing the contradiction and oppression of the contemporary reality. This movie shows the character who endures even tragic death like self-destruction (death) for this. The will to live and creation through self-destruction which the main characters in the movie show have something in common with tragedy concept in the Nietzschean viewpoint. In addition, in the point that this is done on the premise of repetition and reproduction, it is Ewige Wieder-Kunft. Therefore, the appearance of the each of the characters in the movie is not typical character that lived in particular time but is the appearance which is granted to all the people who are living in the present. Because of this, the movie shows Zeitlichkeit which slides toward the future. The ridiculous actions of the characters in the movie resemble the appearance of ``lunacy`` which connotes futuristic Zeitlichkeit and I could read the discordance with the time, resistance and critical mind against the time which have to be immanent as far as this is futuristic time.
