최근 교통부문의 형평성에 대한 관심이 증대됨에 따라, 수요자의 특성 및 공간적 특성을 반영하여 교통부문의 형평성을 고찰할 필요성이 대두되었다. 본 연구는 수도권 가구통행 조사자료(2006)를 활용하여 지역별 교통 형평성의 격차가 존재함을 밝히기 위해, 공간적 관점에서 소득계층 간 지역별 교통인프라의 차이에 따른 교통 형평성을 측정하였다. 분석은 크게 3단계로 진행되었다. 첫 번째, 지역별 특성을 통행거리, 통행시간, 가구소득 데이터를 활용하여 분석하였고, 각 요인별 상관성을 분석하였다. 두 번째, 지역별 대중교통 접근성을 측정하였다. 대중교통 접근성은 버스와 지하철 접근성을 면적대비 밀도 및 인구대비 밀도로 산출하였고, 표준화 지수를 산정하여 지역별 형평성 지수로서 활용하였다. 세 번째, 집단별·지역별 특성과 대중교통접근성 간의 상관성분석을 시행하였다. 연구결과, 대중교통시설 접근성을 바탕으로 산정한 형평성 지수는 소득수준과 상관성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 소득수준에 따른 형평성의 차이를 살펴보기 위하여 백분위수를 활용하여, 4개의 그룹으로 분류하였다. 이를 통해 지역별 교통형평성에 관한 정책수립 에 활용할 수 있으며, 지역별 특성에 따른 대중교통 접근의 형평성 정도를 확인하였다는 성과를 지닌다.

Recently increasing concerns about quality of life, discussion of transportation equity is actively in progress. In this paper, it suggested to reflected both transportation users and spatial characteristics by especially in transportation equity. The household survey based on the daily-trip and possible to know one`s daily trip-chain. This study as the assumption: each administrative region has a gap of transportation equity. So that possible to analyzed the difference of local transportation infrastructure. And also compare the regional characteristic like a income by spatial scale. This study as follows: First, the relationship between each attribute criteria were identified through the correlation analysis. Second, the regional public transport accessibility was measured. Third, the correlation between geographical, group characteristics and public transport accessibility were analyzed. Research result, it has a relationship between transportation equity index that analyzed based on public transportation facility and house income, And classified four groups by using percentile rank, to figuring out regional gap relationship between house income and transportation equity. This study result affects to regional transportation policy further raise the transportation equity.
