이 연구의 목적은 다음과 같다: 첫째, 통합교육 현장에서 특수교사가 협력교수를 시도한 것에 대한 귀인을 알아본다. 둘째, 특수교사가 협력교수 수행 능력을 위한 노력에 대한 귀인을 알아본다. 셋째, 특수교사가 협력교수를 수행하는 어려움에 대한 내용을 알아본다. 연구방법으로는 협력교수를 수행 한 경험이 있는 유아특수교사들에게 포커스인터뷰를 실시한다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다: 첫째, 협력교수를 시도하기 위한 노력에 대해 모든 응답자들은 노력을 하였다고 응답하였다. 가장 많은 것이 일반유아교사와 친밀해지려는 노력이었다. 그 외에도 협력교수를 하기 위한 첫 단계로, 주간계획안 입안 등의 실제적인 교육 부분을 지원하면서 접근하기도 한다. 유치원교육이 통합추세, 통합교육의 필요성 인식, 학부모의 요구, 교사통합의 한 방법, 학부 때 교육 받은 영향, 통합교육에서 가장 중요한 부분은 협력교수라는 인식, 유아간의 상호작용 증진을 위해서 등이다. 협력교수 시도에 대해 성공 여부에 관한 질문에 면담 응답자들은 모두 성공과 실패 경험을 동시에 경험했다고 한다. 둘째, 면담 응답자들 자신이 협력교수 할 능력 확보를 위한 노력이 있다고 보는가라는 질문에 면담자들은 대체로 그것을 인정하였다. 세부 내용을 보면 통합교육에 대한 지식 보유, 통합교육을 위한 강한 집념, 통합교육 연수 수강, 자격증 취득 을 들 수 있다. 셋째, 협력교수의 어려움에 대해서는 면담 응답자들이 환경적 요인, 현재의 유치원 현안 문제, 일반교사의 통합교육 태도, 과중한 업무, 일반교사의 지식 부족 등을 들고 있다.

The study focuses on the following content: First, Analyzing Special Teacher`s attributions for carrying out collaboration teaching. Second, Analyzing Special Teacher`s attributions regarding ability of collaboration teaching. Third, Analyzing Special Teacher`s awareness regarding the degree of difficulty on carrying out collaboration teaching. The method of the study is as followed: First, the Focus Group Interview is accomplished for gathering on teacher`s awareness regarding collaborative teaching. The subjects of the study are 4 teachers, who are teaching in the Early Childhood Special Education Area and have already fulfilled collaborative teaching in the inclusive education setting. Second, Heider`s Attribution Theory is applied for analysing on the teacher`s awareness data of collaboration teaching, which are accomplished in this study by Focus Group Interview. The results on the study are as followed: First, all teachers, as interviewee in the study has experienced on implementing collaborative teaching with initiative in the regular class. And the motivation of collaborative teaching is elicited 7 themes including ``the endeavor in oder to intimate with regular teacher``. Second, all interviewee believes that they have ability of collaboration teaching skills. Third, the subjects mention on difficulties of carrying out collaboration teaching are in the 5 themes, those are structure of school administration, general teacher`s passive attitudes on inclusion, overburden of tasks, lack of knowledge on collaboration teaching.
