This paper is a suggestion to reinforce Korean education at the organization the author is concerned. First of all, to identify actual Korean skills of students, evaluation over two times have been done objectively. And to solve real problems such as this evaluation and students` Korean skills improvement, school started to run research team about it. Number of students in classes was adjusted and gradual education has been improved. Next, for effective education in ``speaking``, ``listening``, ``reading`` and ``writing`` new curriculum which reinforces connectivity was made. For intensive Korean education, expanding class number was featured. In addition, education which has been done in many previous departments converged in Korean education department at International Language Institute, which made it possible to manage curriculum efficiently. At the same time, education, entrance, and international student administration have been able to be managed more closely, Finally, various system improvement and new curriculum settlement can be appraised as students Korean skill improvement, A variety of implementation drafts have been arranged, Based on intensive and systematic education, it is about improving Korean skill and acquiring various reeducation opportunity for unskilled students.
