이 연구는 여러 분반들로 나뉘어 개설되고 있는 성균관대학교 <학술적 글쓰기> 과목의 개별 면담 지도 시간을 효율적으로 그리고 균질적으로 운영하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 필자는 이 논문에서 <학술적 글쓰기> 과목 공통의 개별면담 지도 매뉴얼을 제안한다. <학술적 글쓰기> 과목 개별 면담 지도 공통 매뉴얼은 교수자가 학생들의 글쓰기 실습 과제를 세부 항목별로 나누어 분석적 평가를 하는 것을 가능하게 함으로써 기존의 총체적 평가에 근거한 개별 면담 지도의 질적 수준을 제고할 수 있고, 교수자 개인의 인상 평가를 지양하게 함으로써 이 과목의 분반별 균질성을 보장하는 최소한의 장치로서 기능할 수 있다. 또한 필자는 여기에서 개별 면담 지도 공통 매뉴얼 활용에 따른 분석적 평가의 시간및 비용적 비효율성을 이 과목의 교육 과정을 통해 확보된 피평가자이자 평가자인 학생들의 동료 평가를 통해 극복할 수 있는 동료 평가 양식지들을 제공한다. 그 결과 필자는 <학술적 글쓰기> 과목 개별 면담 지도 공통 매뉴얼을 활용한 개별 면담 지도 시간의 운영이 현재 대학 글쓰기 교육에서 일반적으로 만연되어 있는 대면 첨삭 지도의 어려움과 문제점을 개선할 수 있는 현실적 대안임을 주장하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to improve the educational quality and equality of the Individual Interview Lesson in Academy Writing Courses in Sungkynkwan University. In order to achieve this purpose, I propose that common manuals for Individual Interview Lesson should be available in this writing courses. These manuals are very helpful for teachers in charge of Academy Writing Courses to assess students` tasks in the base of analytic assessment, so they are contributed to high degree of quality of the Individual Interview Lesson, which was previously managed in the base of holistic assessment. And these manuals in the base of analytic assessment are functioned as the minimal tools for assuring equality of many Academy Writing Courses. Also, I provide students in Academy Writing Courses with two forms for peer assessment, which are designed for improving inefficiency of common manuals for Individual Interview Lesson in the base of analytic assessment. Therefore, I hope that common manuals for Individual Interview Lessons in Academy Writing Courses will be the promising and practical solution of limits and problems with which instructors in the course of the face to face correction are faced.
